California primary election results: Los Angeles mayor, California governor's races remain undecided

When the first round of election results in the California governor's race dropped around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Republican candidate Steve Hilton was leading with 29% of the vote.

At the time, only 17% of the votes were in. A larger portion of results, including some of the vote-by-mail ballot results, are expected at 8:30 p.m.

With 6% of the votes in, Xavier Becerra was behind Hilton with 25% of the vote, followed by Tom Steyer with 19% and Chad Bianco at 12%

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt is hosting a private and small event on Election Night in West L.A.

Pratt called the event, which is being held at Don Antonio's, very intimate.
