99 Cents Only Stores makes Guinness World Record for largest packaged product

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- The 99 Cents Only Stores set a Guinness World Record for the largest packaged product number.

The store used more than 10,000 products from its stores to create a giant sign on the floor of the Rose Bowl. The sign is an 18,200 square foot 99 display.

The $20,000 in products used to make the sign were all donated to local charities.
