So far, ten inches of rain have fallen there

Parts of Indiana are under water Sunday morning. The flooding is so bad, scuba teams are being used to rescue people from swamped homes.

The rising waters were triggered by a fierce storm that dumped nearly ten inches of rain on the state.

Because of that, Indiana's governor has declared emergencies in ten counties.

So far, no serious injuries have been reported.
