Explosives threats made at UCLA

WESTWOOD Van drivers, who bring 2,400 UCLA employees to work, are being asked to be on the lookout for firebombs this week.

One anonymous letter allegedly said that shotgun shells have been placed inside van mufflers which could trigger fires.

The group is said to be upset over the university's use of live animals for medical research.

Police say there's no evidence to support the threats.
