People pouring material into city sewers

LANCASTER, Calif. Officials said people are pouring materials into the sewers that cause expensive damage.

Some of the items found include rocks, concrete, wood, oil, grease and sand.

If you see anyone removing sewer manholes or disposing materials into the manholes, officials urge you to call (661) 723-5985, or after hours (661) 810-7000.
