Orange County city bans sign-twirlers

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. The /*Huntington Beach City Council*/ decided not to allow dancing chickens and spinning sandwich signs on city street corners. Council members say the ads are distracting to drivers and create traffic hazards for cars and pedestrians.

Lake Forest, Irvine and Fountain Valley have similar rules against human signs as well.
