Laguna Beach repeals homeless ban

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. It's a victory for the /*ACLU*/ and the homeless in Laguna Beach. The ACLU had filed a lawsuit late last year, calling the ban unconstitutional and a harassment of the disabled homeless.

The city is forming a task force to address the issue of homelessness in the coastal community.

There are about 30 to 60 homeless who use the Laguna Beach streets.
