Church money allegedly used for Botox

NEW YORK Reverend William Blasingame is accused of taking nearly $85,000 from St. Paul's Memorial Episcopal Church and spending it on Botox and plastic surgery.

"The money we gave, we gave unto the Lord, and it wasn't to one person. It's sad that it was misused," said Andrea Divito, a church member.

Blasingame cited medical reasons when he resigned in January.

The pastor is charged with second-degree grand larceny and possession of stolen property. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in jail.
