Man wearing women's swimsuit arrested

SUGAR CREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio The arrest ends a week-long search for a man who police said approached women and teen girls along a river in the area.

Police found 41-year-old Kevin Lee Miller wearing the evidence.

Even though Miller never threatened anyone, police said he definitely scared some people.
