The body of a 40-year-old woman was found in a machine at a food processing plant in the city of Industry Tuesday.L.A. County Sheriff's detectives believe her death was an accident. The body was found early Tuesday morning at Golden State Foods, which is a major supplier for McDonald's restaurants. Police said the woman was an employee.
No further details were given about her death.
