$100K reward offered in O.C. jewelry heist

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. Orange County Sheriff's investigators are asking for the public's help as they search for suspects in the burglary of Monaco Jewelers on Doheny Park Road in San Juan Capistrano.

The crime happened over the Fourth of July weekend.

Investigators say the suspects got in through the roof of the store and drilled into safes once inside. They walked away with more than $6 million in jewelry.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the Sheriff's Department at (866) TIP-OCSD.
