The suspect can be seen chatting with a young college student waiting at a nearby bus stop at East Chapman Avenue and South Hewes.
Police say he offered her a ride. On the tape, the girl can be seen getting into the car.
They say the woman was sexually assaulted a short distance away in a secluded restaurant parking lot.
The suspect then dropped the victim off near Santiago Canyon College, where she attends class.
The attacker's car, possibly a Saturn, is a tan, two-door model with a spoiler on the trunk and chrome rims.
