Drinking water may not help your complexion

Contrary to popular belief, drinking the recommended eight daily glasses of water may not actually help your complexion. That's according to a new study by the British Nutrition Foundation.Researchers told the Daily Telegraph newspaper that there is very little scientific evidence to support the widely-held belief that drinking water improves skin appearance.

Instead, the study found that a balanced diet and daily use of sunscreen are far more effective in keeping the skin healthy and young looking.
