The so-called "blue note bandit" has struck again. This time on Sunday inside a US Bank supermarket branch at 32555 Golden Lantern at 1:53 p.m. That's the 14th bank in less than three months. Orange County Sheriff's Department says few bank robbers have hit as many banks in such a short time period.

A $20,000 reward has been issued for information leading to an arrest. The suspect is described as a white male, 6-foot, about 180 pounds, with brown hair and crooked, gapped teeth.

Investigators dubbed the suspect the "blue note bandit" after he made his first demand note on blue paper.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call (714) 542-8825 or (949) 770-6011.
