Bryan was arrested Thursday at about 8 p.m. in Huntington Beach.
Detectives also served a search warrant on his residence in Anaheim. Investigators say they found evidence related to the crime and child pornography.
Because of his previous crimes, detectives asked for and were granted a no bail hold on Bryan.
He's booked at Huntington Beach City Jail for attempted lewd acts with a minor less than 14 years of age, communicating with a minor with intent to commit lewd acts and possession of child pornography.
