Evan Lysacek and his partner tangoed their way to the top with 52 out of 60 points.
This week, all teams got two sets of scores from the judges: one for technique, one for performance.
Evan admits some of his "techniques" off the dance floor are unusual.
"I have to touch each of the judge's chairs as we walk by in the rehearsal in the morning," said Evan. "I'm very ritualistic. I'm getting worse with this show. I have to use the Kleenex out of the same box. I have to chew the same gum before the show. I have to put Vaseline on my shoes."
Nicole Scherzinger and her partner once again landed in second place. Their rumba included a gravity-defying leg extension.
"I was a little scared to do it because from the wrong angle, we are just sharing a lot of Nicole with the world," said Nicole.
Pamela Anderson ended the evening in third.
Chad Ochocinco had his best week of the competition with a fourth-place finish. He's already given his partner a ring. He says a car may be next. And yes, he's hoping he'll make it all the way to the "final three."
"In God's will, I'll be here," said Chad. "As long as Cheryl's here and we are in love, I think we'll be fine." Asked if they really were in love, the two giggled coyly before running away. (After being told they were full of crap.)
Erin Andrews ended the evening smack dab in the middle, followed by "The Bachelor," Jake Pavelka, who got ambitious with his tango.
"Yeah, well, I was most nervous about the stairs," said Jake. "We nailed the stairs, and then the dance after that was just downhill."
Niecy Nash, Aiden Turner and Kate Gosselin are at the low end of the judges' leaderboard.
Tuesday night, one of the nine teams gets the boot during the Results Show at 8 p.m. on ABC7.
