He groped another woman Thursday around 11:00 a.m. near 2nd Street and Strand.
Investigators say the man rides around on his bike grabbing women's buttocks, breasts and genital area.
The suspect is described as a Latin male, 20 to 30 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds and with an unshaven face. He was seen wearing a short-sleeved chef's coat and pants with small black and white checks. Authorities say the suspect was possibly riding a 10-speed bicycle.
