Man tries to evade police by hopping rooftops

WINNETKA, Calif. A police helicopter spotted the suspect after calls from the public Thursday morning.

Officials said the man jumped from building-to-building, but he was finally caught.

Police lowered him down in a rescue basket.

The man was not hurt, but investigators believe he was under the influence of /*drugs*/.
