PG&E: no issue paying for San Bruno probe

SAN BRUNO, Calif. State regulators are expected to vote Thursday on a resolution ordering /*PG&E*/ to pay for the probe.

The death toll has now risen to seven.

Authorities confirmed an 85-year-old grandmother, her 50-year-old son and her 17-year-old grandson were all killed.

The Sept. 9 explosion and fire leveled nearly 40 homes.
