He yelled at him to stop running and threatened to tase him but the unclothed runner kept on course. The officer tased him and he hit the ground.
He reportedly told the police he had super powers but he still had to be treated for a few bumps and bruises.
He faces charges of resisting arrest and indecent exposure. He was released on his own recognizance.
