It's a super suit similar to the one featured in the "Iron Man" movies.
The suit is made of steel and aluminum, and it is pretty much dead weight until it's juiced by an outside power source.
Then, it's able to use a hydraulic system to drastically decrease the amount of manpower it would take for a soldier to do everyday tasks.
Engineers are working on a mobile power source and flight capability.
