Armed robbers of Indio store caught on tape

INDIO, Calif. Two armed men entered the store and stole an unknown amount of cash. Surveillance photos showed the two suspects brandishing two types of rifles.

No one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspects were seen fleeing the parking lot in a silver car, possibly a Kia or similar type, according to police. They were seen driving south on Harrison St.

The suspects were both described as male Hispanics in their late teens or early 20s, wearing masks and hooded sweatshirts. They stand approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall, both with slender builds.
