The incident started late Saturday night near the eastbound 91 Freeway and 14th Street.
Officials said they were attempting to pull the suspect over for erratic driving when he took off.
A short time later, he ran up an embankment and overturned on the 215 Freeway, just north of Barton Road.
Authorities said the suspect sustained minor injuries and was being charged with evading police and /*DUI*/.
