The Aflac duck found its new voice.

The insurance provider chose Dan McKeague, 36, for the job after an intense month-long search.

"I had to do sound effects and voices and you name it," McKeague said.

McKeague was one of 12,000 people who auditioned for the job.

Aflac launched a search for a new duck voice after comedian Gilbert Gottfried was fired for making inappropriate comments on Twitter about the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
