Chase bank lowering its ATM fees

Back in February, Chase began charging non-customers who use its machines a $5 fee in Illinois and a $4 fee in Texas. Those fees will be rolled back to $3. That's the amount Chase charges in the rest of the country.

No reason was given for the decision.

Chase operates the second-largest ATM network in the country with 16,000 machines.
