Police said Arabella Bradford and another man were shot to death Tuesday night by Bradford's ex-boyfriend, Virgil Millon.
Millon was shot and killed by police at the scene.
Court documents show that Millon was accused of threatening Bradford with a gun three years ago. He was ordered not to carry a firearm for a year.
He and Bradford were expected in court next week for a hearing on the restraining order.
