The St. Bernard Project held the event, which featured a Southern-style dinner.
Spears, who is from Louisiana, has become an ambassador for the project, which helps senior citizens and disabled residents recovering from Hurricane Katrina.
Several other celebrities were also at the dinner, including Kellan Lutz, Kelly Osbourne and Kim Kardashian.
The dinner included a menu from Spears' father, who used to a professional chef, and the family's traditional recipe for Southern sweet tea.
