A resident in the 6300 block of Loma Vista Road had locked a yellow and grey Giant Yukon mountain bike to his front porch.
On May 5, a surveillance camera captured a man looking around the area to case the residence at about 8:30 a.m. The camera was still rolling an hour later when the man returned and stole the bicycle.
