SANTA MONICA, Calif. --
Construction work is creating delays for drivers along Pacific Coast Highway near Santa Monica.
This week, one southbound lane will be closed each day between Temescal Canyon Road and Entrada Drive. Both southbound lanes will shut down overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The construction is for a new relief sewer between Will Rogers State Beach and the city of Santa Monica.
