Famed artist S. Victor Whitmill sued Warner Bros. over the tattoo on Ed Helms' character's face.
Apparently it looked a bit too much like the design he created for the former heavyweight champion of the world.
A spokesman said the two sides amicably resolved their dispute and would not discuss the case further.
There's no word on how much cash was part of the settlement.
