Police were called to break up a fight on the 1500 block of Thornton Avenue. The group scattered as police arrived.
Officers found a 23-year-old man on the ground who was not breathing. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police searched the neighborhood and found a second man stabbed inside a house. He was rushed to a hospital.
No suspects were identifed.
