Orange County Sheriff's deputies arrested 33-year-old German DeJesus. They say he was talking to the little girl at Grand Park when he began to touch her.
The girl told her parents and deputies were alerted.
Deputies say DeJesus tried to leave on a bicycle, but that they found him and booked him into custody on suspicion of child molestation.
He's due in court Tuesday.
