Chicago man breaks into fast-food restaurant drive-thru for food

September 14, 2011 12:00:00 AM PDT
A late-night "snack attack" has landed a Chicago man in jail.

Surveillance video shows the suspect trying to squeeze through the drive-thru security bars at a fast-food restaurant.

Frustrated, he sheds most of his clothes and slips in. He grabs some chicken tenders, fries and a soda.

Police arrive and shine a light through the drive-thru window.

The suspect tries to talk his way out.

The 19-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with burglary.

Police say he has no criminal record, was not under the influence and did not try to steal any money. He was just hungry.
