During the tour, the pair listened to breast cancer survivors share their stories.
Aniston hosted a screening Monday evening of the Lifetime movie "Five," an anthology of five short films about the impact of breast cancer. Aniston directed one of the short films.
Jill Biden has been involved in breast cancer awareness for nearly 20 years.
And while at the center, many noticed Aniston sporting a heart shaped ring, sparking speculation about future wedding bells for the actress and boyfriend Justin Theroux.
