The incident happened at the Ben Bridge Jewelers in the Victoria Gardens Mall last Thursday.
Police said two robbers entered the store. One suspect held employees on the floor at gunpoint while the other smashed display cases with a hammer.
The two then took several high-end watches and got away in a Dodge minivan just before police arrived.
No one was hurt. The robbers remain at large.
