Enjoy Thanksgiving without overeating

First, have turkey, but avoid the skin. The skin contains the majority of the fat.

Secondly, cranberry sauce, despite being healthy, is often overloaded with sugar; avoid having too much.

Finally, try to pace yourself. Allow time for the brain to signal the stomach that you are becoming full. In doing so, you will still be able to have pie, but you will be satisfied with a smaller slice.
