More than 30 victims of an Aug. 13 stage collapse in Indianapolis have accepted the state's settlement.

They had until midnight to agree to the compensation and sign waivers saying they won't sue the state for the tragedy at the Indiana State Fair.

The state allocated $5 million total for the seven people killed and 61 injured in the accident.

But some people are criticizing the compensation.

An attorney representing six of the victims has filed a lawsuit over the distribution and liability cap.
