Santa Ana ranks No. 4 on Forbes safest cities list

SANTA ANA, Calif.

The ranking is based on the low number of violent crimes and traffic fatalities.

First on the list of safest cities is Plano, Texas, followed by Henderson, Nev., and Honolulu, Hawaii.

Santa Ana is fourth and Lincoln, Neb., is fifth.
