Walsh, who plays a doctor on TV's "Private Practice," is gracing the cover of "Shape" magazine stark naked. The 44-year-old realizes it's a bold thing to do.
"When the issue came up, I was like, 'Yes, that sounds totally terrifying. Let's do it!" the actress said.
Walsh, who says her legs are the best part of her body, says being in shape doesn't mean you have to obsessively work out and constantly diet.
One of her big health secrets?
"I think sleep is hugely important and we're largely an under-slept culture," she said. "We need sleep and you need to allow yourself treats and potato chips and everything in moderation."
A partly recently held for Walsh not only celebrated the cover of the magazine, but also her new fragrance called "Billionaire Boyfriend."
So what does a Billionaire Boyfriend smell like besides money?
"He smells just decadent and luxurious and floral and over the top," she said. "It's a really sumptuous fragrance, which is why I went with the name 'Billionaire.'"
Walsh describes the fragrance as a tangerine and bergamot at the top, with gardenia, jasmine and black velvet orchid, along with a little bit of amber and vanilla.
"It's literally like a feast," she said.
