The fire broke out on the 13400 block of Crewe Street. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
The flames were so intense, neighboring homes were threatened for a time. Luckily, firefighters were able to knock down the blaze before it spread.
No one was injured. Two kittens were rescued.
