Anza brush fire burns 150 acres, mobile home

A wildfire that burned 150 acres in a Riverside County desert area was fully contained by firefighters on Saturday.

The blaze was first reported at about 12:45 p.m. Friday at Cary and Tripp Flats roads in Anza. The fire was sparked in a storage shed and quickly spread through dry vegetation. It destroyed one mobile home and an outbuilding.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
