Lil Wayne talks health scare, says he has epilepsy

LOS ANGELES

In an interview with Los Angeles-based radio station Power 106 on Thursday, the 30-year-old, whose given name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., said he had three back-to-back epileptic seizures earlier this month and that he could have died.

He blamed stress, lack of rest and overworking himself.

This week, the rapper released his 10th album, "I Am Not a Human Being II."

He plans to start a 40-city tour in July with rappers T.I. and Future.
