Darin Demello-Pine, 48, was killed when the fire broke out at the Hallmark House Apartments on Woodside Drive at 2 a.m. on Sunday.
More than 20 people were injured and nearly 100 were displaced by the fire.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
