The "Bachelor" alum and "Dancing With the Stars" champion revealed her pregnancy on "Good Morning America" Tuesday.
"The dancing family is growing," Rycroft said. "We have a little bundle growing."
Rycroft did not announce her due date, saying only the baby is expected, "this spring, next season."
Rycroft and her husband Tye Strickland, an insurance agent, married in 2009. Rycroft and Strickland became an item after Rycroft was dumped on "The Bachelor" by Jason Mesnick. He had proposed to her on the show's finale.
Rycroft and Strickland's first child, Ava, is 2.
The 30-year-old went placed third on the eighth season of "Dancing With the Stars" in 2009, and was crowned winner of the "Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars" championship last year.
