Laguna Hills homicide: Roommate sought for questioning

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.

Orange County sheriff's homicide investigators say they want to talk with Henry Nunez Godinez, the victim's roommate and co-worker. He also goes by Henry Nunez.

The victim, whose identity was not released, was found dead Tuesday before midnight at the Alicia Village apartments, located in the 25200 block of Stockport Street. Deputies were responding to a welfare check call when they found the body.

The case was initially considered a death investigation, but it evolved into a homicide investigation by Wednesday night.

Authorities say Nunez, 22, is Nicaraguan and may be traveling to Nicaragua via Mexico. He is described as having black hair, brown eyes and a slender build. He may be driving a 2005 black Volkswagen Jetta with license plate number 6KJM618.

He was last seen Saturday, Dec. 7.
