Olivia Campbell left her home on the 900 block of Westbluff Place around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Police were concerned about her mental well-being and said that she made statements indicating that she may be in crisis and could possibly harm herself.
No further information was released about where authorities found Campbell.
