West Covina police discovered the marijuana-growing operation inside a house on the 2400 block of Felicia Street around 1:30 p.m.
Investigators say the plants were found when real estate agents visited the house along with the owners.
It appears the plants were growing in every room of the house and that lighting and irrigation systems were installed.
No arrests have been made.
