Boat with mysterious writing washes up on Jersey shore

ASBURY PARK, N.J. -- An abandoned boat that washed up on the shores of Asbury Park, New Jersey on Christmas Eve has sparked quite a mystery.

The vessel was discovered with the words "I will miss you" scrawled over the hull.

The boat, named Braveheart, is now in the custody of the city's public works department.

Officials think it was drifting at sea for quite a while.

The boat is registered to an address in Rockaway Beach but has not been reported as stolen.
