Palmdale Councilman Tom Lackey's wife involved in car crash

PALMDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- Police in Palmdale are investigating a crash involving the wife of Palmdale Councilman Tom Lackey.

The incident occurred at about 10 p.m. Wednesday at Tierra Subida and Rayburn Avenue.

The wreck involved multiple vehicles. It's not clear which car Lackey's wife was driving. She was treated at the scene and then her husband drove her to Antelope Valley Hospital.

There was no word on other injuries.

Police are looking into what may have caused the crash.
