Traffic was shut down in the area of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street for the investigation, according to the LAPD.
L.A. Care Health Plan tweeted that it is aware that an unidentified drone was found on the roof, and building security has been contacted to remove the device in a safe manner.

It added that the incident has not interrupted operations at the building.
